How to Recover my Deleted Files?

There are two options available to recover your important Files, images, and videos that you have been deleted previously from your mobile phone or PC.

  • Step 1: Recover your data from Recycle Bin on your Phone.
  • Step 2: Download your data again from TeraBox Cloud.

1. Recover your data from Recycle Bin:

To recover your files from Recycle Bin follow these steps.

  1. Open your mobile phones gallery.
  2. Tap on the recycle bin or “Recently Deleted items” to access it.
  3. You’ll see all recently deleted photos and Videos.
  4. Select the photos you want to recover by tapping on them.
  5. Tap on the restore or recover option to bring back the photos.
  6. The photos will be restored to their original location in your photo gallery.

2. Download Data Again from TeraBox Cloud Storage:

To recover your data from terabox cloud storage, follow these steps.

  1. Log into your TeraBox account through a web browser or the mobile app.
  2. Navigate to the location where you have stored photos, videos and other files.
  3. Select the files you want to restore.
  4. Download the selected files i.e photos and Videos back to your device.
